The Estimate Process
Our estimators are trained professionals, who go through on-going training every year. From the moment they knock on your door you will appreciate the difference. They will explain the process in terms you will easily understand and contribute ideas if desired. Once you make your decision and you send in your paperwork, you will receive a letter and FAQ sheet to further explain the process and answer any additional questions you might have. It will also explain how to prepare for the upcoming work.
Scheduling Your Work
For scheduling your new asphalt or concrete driveway, you will receive a call from one of the owners of the company. They will notify you of the proposed schedule. If for some reason the proposed schedule does not meet your needs, an alternative schedule will be discussed.
- The Base Crew Arrives - The base crew will arrive on schedule to prepare your driveway for paving. Our base crews are friendly, very cautious of your property, and most importantly, highly skilled. They will discuss any issues you may have, such as drainage, or answer any quesitons you may have.
- The Paving Crew - Once the base is completed you will receive a call from one of the owners to schedule the paving. Our paving crews, like our base crews, are not only highly skilled, but they actually smile!
After Your New Driveway Is Completed
We will leave you with a Driveway Care Booklet that will explain everything you need to know about caring for and maintaining your new driveway. And the owners of Richfield Blacktop will personally handle any problems or issues that may occur.
